Technical development in an automated and dynamic environment We are looking for an Electrical Technician with solid and verifiable technical experience to join a major industrial company operating continuously with a high level of technological demand. The position targets candidates with strong expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex electrical faults. The selection process will include a practical technical assessment, where special emphasis will be placed on the ability to interpret diagrams, analyze circuits, intervene in electrical panels, and program/diagnose PLC faults. We seek professionals with sound technical judgment, operational autonomy, and the ability to intervene safely and precisely in automated production environments. Main Responsibilities: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial electrical installations. • Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical panels, power and control circuits. • Interpret electrical diagrams, single-line and multi-line diagrams. • Analyze electrical circuits and perform systematic fault detection. • Intervene in industrial automation systems, with focus on PLCs (basic programming, diagnostics, and logic reading). • Conduct electrical measurements using specific instruments (multimeter, clamp meter, megohmmeter, among others). • Work on electric motors, variable frequency drives, and control systems. • Strictly comply with industrial safety standards, including tasks at height and in confined spaces. • Provide technical support to Production to ensure operational continuity. Requirements: • Technical training in Electricity, Electromechanics or related fields (mandatory). • Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial electrical maintenance within production plants. • Proven knowledge of PLCs (mandatory). • Strong ability to interpret diagrams and resolve field faults. • Experience analyzing electrical panels and industrial circuits. • Advanced proficiency in using electrical measurement instruments. • Availability for rotating shifts. • Availability for work at height and in confined spaces. • Personal transportation (not mandatory). A solid, methodical technical profile with analytical thinking, autonomy, and strong commitment to safety will be highly valued.
