As Operations Manager, it is essential that you can **identify customer needs and propose innovative solutions** to drive customer satisfaction and area growth. Planning sector activities efficiently and ensuring productivity in line with safety and quality standards is also critical. We seek candidates with an **analytical and critical mindset**, capable of evaluating the department’s performance across all dimensions (commercial, operational, budgetary, and quality) and identifying improvement opportunities.
