Develop technical solutions for both, generating new opportunities and mitigating commercial risks. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and ensure KPI execution at key customers (Platinum); * Collaborate with the product management team to update and introduce new products or solutions into the portfolio; * Manage facilities and resources to ensure technical support, i.e., external laboratories, equipment, suppliers, other resources, etc.; * Identify opportunities and develop action plans to replace chemicals in service contracts with performance\/cost benefits; * Active participation in industry congresses (e.g., IAPG); * Deliver technical presentations to all levels of the customer’s organization; * Lead technical training for the Sales and Service team. **Requirements** -------------- Know-how in E\&P chemical treatments, mechanical\/electrical maintenance, laboratory analysis, and knowledge of surface facilities and oilfield wells. Proficiency in digital and IT tools (Office suite). **Mandatory: Class B driver’s license (minimum 2 years)** **Tools:** Office suite. **Education:** Chemical Technician, Petroleum, Hydrocarbons, Electromechanical **Desirable:** Chemical Engineer **Experience:** minimum 2 years in the field. **Desirable:** Advanced student\/Graduate in Chemical Engineering **Language:** Basic\/technical English. **Availability:** willing to travel 50% (national and international) **Behavioral competencies:** Communication, interpersonal relationship, initiative, strong technical profile.
