




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to conduct quality control analyses throughout the wine production process, from raw materials to final product. Key Responsibilities: 1. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine analyses of the production process, from raw material intake to final product. Perform physicochemical, microbiological, and sensory analyses. Detect deviations in results and collaborate in identifying root causes. Collect samples according to departmental requirements. Complete records and data sheets for all analyses performed. Execute quality controls for analytical processes. Prepare, calibrate, and monitor laboratory equipment, reagents, and supplies. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and materials. Manage inventory of reagents. Enter enological process information (corrections, racking, records) Requirements: Mandatory Requirements:Education/Training: Currently enrolled in or completed tertiary or university studies in related fields. Valid Food Handling Certificate. Knowledge of enology and winery production processes. Experience: Minimum one year of verifiable experience in winery operations. Experience in laboratory quality control analysis within an enological setting. Proficiency in PC use and standard computer applications. Technical Knowledge: Physicochemical and microbiological techniques applied to enology. Data collection and recording. Key Competencies: Analytical ability and data interpretation. Report writing. Adherence to procedures. Teamwork and proactivity.
