




Job Summary: Provide technical support and ensure operational continuity of the IT infrastructure for retail points of sale and internal clients in a retail environment. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in billing systems operation Provide technical support and ensure proper functioning of the company's technological infrastructure, guaranteeing operational continuity across approximately 60 points of sale and internal clients within a dynamic retail environment. Main Responsibilities * Administer and maintain the company's IT infrastructure (networks, servers, hardware, and workstations). * Provide technical support to points of sale and internal teams (on-site and remote). * Address and resolve incidents related to systems, connectivity, and equipment. * Support the operation and proper functioning of the Napse billing system. * Coordinate and conduct on-site visits for support, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks. * Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and modifications, along with access rights and equipment. * Document procedures, incidents, and technical solutions. * Administration of Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365\. A company dedicated to wholesale distribution of pharmaceutical, perfumery, and personal care products. Additionally, it drives brand development and positioning through commercial and marketing initiatives, ensuring logistical efficiency and product availability. Requirements Prior experience in IT Infrastructure / Technical Support roles. Experience in retail companies or those operating multiple points of sale. (MANDATORY) Technical education and/or certifications in IT Infrastructure will be valued. Knowledge of networks, hardware, operating systems (Windows), and user support. Desirable experience or knowledge of billing systems (preferably Napse). Experience providing support to points of sale and internal clients. Availability to visit locations as required by operational needs. Adaptability, flexibility, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and service orientation.
