Candidate evaluation based on merit and qualifications. **Description and Responsibilities** --------------------------------- **Schedule:** Rotating shift **Level:** Operational **Department:** Human Resources Job Objective Ensure compliance with established quality standards on the production line by inspecting products, comparing each unit against required specifications, identifying and removing defective products from the line, and recording detected anomalies—thereby contributing to maintaining final product quality and enabling continuous improvement of the production process. Main Responsibilities: * Perform quality inspections on products along the production line, comparing manufactured items against company-defined standards and specifications. * Detect and remove from the line defective, out-of-specification, or visibly flawed products. * Immediately report any anomalies or deviations to the supervisor or quality responsible person. * Complete quality control records and reports. * Adhere to internal procedures and organizational quality standards. **Requirements** -------------- * Completed secondary education. University studies in progress during the initial years of Industrial Engineering or related fields will be valued (non-exclusive). * One year or more in quality positions on a production line (mandatory).
