This team functions as a Center of Excellence with a clear mission: to revolutionize how we interact with our millions of users, partners, and riders through intelligent, personalized, and efficient incentives. From this global team, we design, develop, and scale solutions for all Delivery Hero group brands worldwide. * Lead the development of scalable microservices, ensuring high code quality and health. * Design and implement technical solutions by analyzing data and facts to solve complex problems. * Manage technical priorities and requirements, balancing technical excellence with business timelines. * Collaborate with teams across multiple countries to transform incentive storage and orchestration and improve user experience. * Drive continuous product improvement by integrating high-impact internal and external services. **Requirements** * Strong experience in Golang development and microservice architectures. * Proficiency in databases (SQL/NoSQL) and version control systems such as Git. * Knowledge of testing strategies (unit, integration) and observability and monitoring culture (e.g., Grafana). * Experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines (e.g., Jenkins). * Team-oriented mindset, agility to learn, and ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** At PedidosYa, impact is measured not only by results but also by how we achieve them.
