In this context, we seek to add to our team a person for the role of **Procurement Analyst** for our **Administrative Headquarters (CABA)**. We invite you to build the future together, taking responsibility for: * Participating in the supplier contract development process led by Procurement. * Generating and tracking orders with suppliers according to the production plan, commercial terms, MOQ, lead time, etc., and stock policies. * Ensuring timely availability of required materials and supplies at the plant for production. * Reviewing delivery schedules, priorities, and recovery plans with suppliers. * Escalating claims regarding supplier non-compliance and spare parts delivery. * Evaluating supplier performance in terms of on-time delivery, quantity, and quality, where applicable. * Conducting ongoing and seamless reviews of inventory levels, material parameters, consumption rates, and coverage. * Notifying the plant of deliveries and coordinating transportation with Logistics. Validating timely and accurate receipt of delivered materials. To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements: * University student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields. * Intermediate/advanced Office skills (Excel mandatory). * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory). * Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary environment and manage interdepartmental relationships. * Attention to detail and work precision, with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence in execution. * Results-oriented mindset, capable of working autonomously and managing multiple projects simultaneously. **Join us and continue generating Argentine innovation for the world!**
