Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Project Analyst with a holistic vision to ensure the proper development and execution of security projects, providing cross-functional methodological support. We are looking for a **Senior Project Analyst** to join the **Operations Management** team within the **Security Business Unit**. **Primary Role Objective:** Ensure the proper development and execution of area projects by actively participating from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. We seek a candidate with a holistic perspective and the ability to intervene cross-functionally across various business processes, delivering methodological support to Procurement, Projects, and Operations. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Identifying requirements for construction sites and projects. * Interacting with various internal departments and clients to develop technical and operational solutions. * Preparing deliverables, defining resources, and estimating execution timelines. * Collaborating in project planning, monitoring, and control. * Identifying risks and implementing preventive actions. * Ensuring communication and coordination with all stakeholders. .**Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in project management. * Knowledge of industrial security projects (CCTV, access control, alarm systems, fire detection) — *non-mandatory*. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel**, **Project**, **Office suite**, **project management tools**, and **CAD systems** (*mandatory*). * Knowledge of **cost analysis**, budget management, interpretation of technical specifications and civil, electrical, and electronic security blueprints. * Experience with **agile methodologies**. * Valid driver’s license (*mandatory*) and availability for occasional travel. **Employment modality:** Hybrid model (4x1\), Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs.
