Job Summary: We are seeking a Security/Network Engineer to implement, maintain, and support networking technologies, with a focus on VPN/Security, Routing, Switching, Wireless, and Cloud. Key Highlights: 1. Tier 3 engineering support and network incident resolution 2. Participation in infrastructure deployment and implementation projects 3. Development of expertise across various network performance domains We are looking for a Security/Network Engineer **What will you do?** Implement, maintain, and provide support for networking technologies to meet the organization's connectivity requirements, using equipment from the following vendors: Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba. Primary focus areas include VPN/Security, Routing and Switching, Wireless, and Cloud. ### **Role Scope:** * Provide Tier 3 engineering support, including on-call duties and resolution of incidents related to performance and capacity of implemented network solutions. * Participate in infrastructure deployment and implementation projects involving comprehensive changes. * Develop expertise in several functional areas of network performance and application delivery solutions/services, while acquiring practical knowledge in remaining functional areas. * Engage in discussions with other teams regarding service requirements and contribute to security/network strategy development. * Contribute to KX’s knowledge capital development (e.g., job aids, implementation guides, configuration generators, etc.). ### **Requirements:** * Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Security/Networking technologies, including operational support and deployments. * Advanced/Bilingual English (technical and business) * Strong hands-on experience in VPN/Security, Routing and Switching, and Wireless. * IT certifications at Associate, Specialist, or Professional level from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, or Aruba are desirable but not mandatory. * Practical experience with ITIL methodology processes. * Programming/scripting knowledge (Python, PERL, etc.) is desirable but not required. * Project management and work coordination skills.
