Position Summary: We are seeking a Microcomputer Technician and Supplier Manager to administer, evaluate, and monitor compliance with quality standards and service contracts. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end supplier management and SLA compliance 2. Supplier performance evaluation and continuous improvement 3. Key liaison role between suppliers and internal departments 100% on-site work arrangement. Experience in supporting VIP and standard users. Resolution of IT technical support incidents. Microcomputer Technician with basic knowledge of laptops/PCs, networks, Windows OS, MS Office, mobile telephony, tablets, and all IT equipment. Work location: Martínez, Province of Buenos Aires. Service hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Role Objective Ensure proper administration, evaluation, and monitoring of service providers, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, costs, and timelines aligned with company policies. Main Responsibilities Review, control, and track tickets generated for suppliers. Monitor compliance with contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) based on resolved tickets. Evaluate supplier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs). Coordinate audits and periodic reviews. Identify process improvement opportunities. Act as the primary contact point between suppliers and internal departments. Technical Requirements Knowledge of supplier management. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
