Your primary role will be to manage the procurement of raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring plant operational continuity and achievement of cost, quality, and sustainability objectives. You will act as the operational and tactical liaison between suppliers, the regional procurement team, and internal departments, guaranteeing input availability under Natura’s model. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and maintaining operational and transactional information in our management system, as well as evaluating quotations and commercial terms with our suppliers. Key Responsibilities: * **Operational Procurement Management:** Execute and monitor the procurement cycle using SAP and Macpac systems * **Negotiation and Contracting:** Support price, payment term, and commercial condition negotiations with national and international suppliers, always aiming for competitiveness. * **Supply Continuity:** Collaborate with the planning team to monitor delivery performance, proactively managing supply risks to prevent stockouts. * **Supplier Network Development:** Identify and evaluate suppliers aligned with Natura’s standards (certifications, carbon footprint, and corporate ethics). * **Productivity Projects:** Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and procurement process improvements. **Desired Profile** * Professional or currently enrolled student in Business Administration or related fields. * Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or continuous processes (desirable) * SAP proficiency (desirable) * Negotiation and supplier management skills * Results orientation, cost analysis, and savings generation capability * Intermediate/advanced English level (mandatory) \#LI\-RL1 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
