Joining YPF means becoming part of a project that combines experience, passion, and the energy required to continue building our future!" **Mission** The role’s challenge is to ensure the procurement of services required by the Upstream and Midstream areas in Neuquén and Río Negro, securing the best market conditions regarding quality, price, and delivery time, while managing the assigned contract portfolio. The person in this role must comprehensively understand the managed services and their impact on the supply chain, leading complex negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms for the company. **What will be your challenge?** Ensure effective execution of the category strategy, optimizing total cost of ownership (TCO), developing advanced analyses, and leading high-impact negotiations to guarantee optimal value for the company and compliance with technical and regulatory requirements. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * You will manage a service contract portfolio, ensuring its validity and compliance with agreed terms. * You will lead tendering and direct contracting processes, from drafting tender documents through to award. * You will analyze economic proposals using Should Cost and TCO methodologies to optimize the total cost of services. * You will negotiate commercial terms with suppliers, seeking the optimal balance among quality, price, and delivery time. * You will prepare reports, dashboards, and management indicators to support decision-making within the area. **What do we value?** * **Completed university degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil) or Economics (Administration, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or Economics). (Mandatory)** * **Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) and knowledge of economic and financial models. (Mandatory)** * **Experience in services procurement with focus on negotiation and contracting.** * **Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, and Power BI.** * **Prior experience in the oil & gas industry.** **Key competencies:** Experience in category strategies, sourcing, market studies, and advanced analysis.
