Their primary challenge is to achieve efficient resource allocation across various construction fronts and support the Construction Manager in controlling and activating inspection activities to ensure compliance with execution schedules and project objectives. **What do we value as differentiators?** * **Education:** Civil, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * **Experience:** Prior experience in construction, supervision, and/or project execution. * **Computer tools:** Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI, and MS Project or Primavera P6 (desirable). * **Technical knowledge:** + Construction management and supervision. + Physical progress monitoring and contractor certification. + Interpretation of drawings and technical documentation. + Planning and tracking of schedules. + Safety and environmental management on site. + Contract administration and inspection. * **Languages:** Intermediate English. * **Attitude:** Ability to manage multiple construction fronts simultaneously, with strong prioritization skills, organization, and focus on meeting deadlines, quality, and safety. **What will be your main challenges?** * Collaborate with the Construction Manager in construction execution, ensuring project objectives are met regarding Safety, Scope, Cost, and Schedule. * Participate in sizing and coordinating the Construction Inspection team, ensuring appropriate supervision of construction activities. * Support the Construction Manager in constructability analyses and project handover (Hand Over) from VCD stages to the Execution phase. * Supervise measurement and validation of construction progress, verifying alignment with approved contractual work units and identifying deviations and corrective actions when necessary. * Collaborate with the Scheduling Engineer in validating and reviewing the baseline and execution schedule, considering resource, material, equipment availability, and on-site arrival dates to ensure planning compliance. * Promote application of Safety and Environmental standards within the Inspection team, guaranteeing compliance with internal regulations and current legislation. * Ensure, in the role of Contract Inspector, compliance with YPF’s requirements for contracted resources incorporated into the execution phase. * Participate in lessons-learned workshops and project closure activities in which you are involved. **Position Information** * Work location: Loma Campana Base \- Neuquén * Willingness to travel: Yes If you are someone who: * Works with excellence and professionalism. * Gives your best every day, values meritocracy, and always strives for the extra mile. * Views challenges as opportunities to innovate and learn. * Enjoys teamwork and exchanging diverse perspectives. * Approaches projects with passion and commitment. * Promotes a positive work environment based on empathy, active listening, and respect.
