A Master’s degree is highly valued. * IT tools (mandatory): Microsoft Office suite and Power BI. * Attitude: Flexibility, teamwork, autonomy, enthusiasm when facing challenges, proactivity, analytical mindset, results orientation, attention to detail, and ability to positively influence the team. * Professional experience (desirable): 3 years in other Performance, Management Control, or Business areas. * IT tools (desirable): Proficiency in any of the following: Power Query, Fabric, R, Python, Power Automate, Copilot Studio. * Other requirements (desirable): English language proficiency. **What Will Be Your Main Challenges?** * + Lead Performance processes (monthly results, expense consolidation, management report preparation, budgeting, management objectives, variance analysis versus expected revenues/expenses, business case or opportunity cost analysis, monthly storytelling development, etc.). * + Gain in-depth knowledge of the assigned business area to become its internal reference within the VP structure. High visibility and autonomy are expected in this role. * + Coordinate with various Business references to obtain explanations for major variances and jointly develop action plans to address them. * + Present results of assigned businesses to different management levels. * + Design and deploy automation and standardization solutions for analytical and reporting processes. Identify improvements to optimize processing time and information quality. **Position Information** * Position outside collective bargaining agreement. * People reporting to this role: None. * Work location: Puerto Madero Towers. * Work schedule: 4x1\. * Travel availability: Yes, occasionally.
