Plan the annual budget jointly with users, validating its reasonableness and alignment with operational needs and company guidelines. 2. Monitor monthly budget execution, analyzing variances, causes, and possible corrective actions to ensure compliance with the approved budget. 3. Prepare and present periodic budget execution reports according to the schedule and requirements of the Management Control area, ensuring reliable and timely information. 4. Identify improvement opportunities, efficiencies, and management KPIs, contributing to more efficient resource administration and continuous performance improvement of the VP. 5. Monitor revenue generation and its budgetary impact, ensuring accurate recording and tracking. 6.
