If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv. **Job Title** Technical Quality Assurance**What does a successful Technical Quality Assurance professional do at Fiserv?** **Work model: 4x1 at our Parque Patricios offices** A Technical Quality Assurance professional for the Instant Payments team ensures the quality of solutions operating on the business core, validating that payment flows are reliable, secure, and highly available. Works on payment engines, APIs, and critical services, designing and executing end\-to\-end tests that guarantee correct real-time transaction operation. Collaborates closely with Development, Technical Leads, and Product teams to prevent defects and continuously enhance customer experience. This is a hybrid role: 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. **What You’ll Do:** * Design and execute functional, regression, and smoke test cases on instant payment engines and transactional core systems. * Perform API (REST) testing using tools such as Postman and SoapUI. * Execute tests on web and mobile applications related to payments and operations. * Manage and document defects in tools such as Jira and Quality Center, following their full lifecycle until resolution. * Query databases (SQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server) to validate data, reconciliations, and transactional flows. * Analyze logs, connect via SSH (Putty, WinSCP), and collaborate on technical incident diagnosis. * Work in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in ceremonies and contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes. **What You Need:** * Experience in functional, regression, and smoke testing of business applications. * Experience in API (REST) testing using tools such as Postman and SoapUI. * Experience using test and defect management tools (Jira, Quality Center). * Experience working with databases (SQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server) for QA validations. * Experience applying Agile/Scrum methodologies and formal QA processes (test case design, defect management). **What Would Be Ideal (Desirable):** * Experience testing payment solutions, financial services, or high-volume transactional systems. * Experience in log analysis, SSH usage (Putty, WinSCP), and verification in Linux/Unix environments. * Experience in mobile application testing and basic test automation. * Experience designing end\-to\-end test strategies for integrations with APIs and web services. * Experience collaborating with Dev/QA/DevOps teams to ensure quality in CI/CD pipelines. **Our Culture:** Our aspiration is to move money and information in a way that moves the world.
