Communications Coordinator This position aims to coordinate Fleni’s communication activities, aligning efforts across medical services, internal departments, agencies, and external providers to ensure consistent, institutionally aligned communication. Key Responsibilities Manage communication requests and content production from various medical services and institutional departments. Coordinate the editorial calendar for social media, the website, email marketing, and other institutional channels. Coordinate operational relationships with agencies and external providers. Coordinate institutional and service-specific communication campaigns. Develop briefs and performance reports. Coordinate audiovisual content production, including filming, interviews, and photographic coverage. Manage email marketing activities and automations. Requirements Graduate in Public Relations, Social Communication, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar roles. Professional experience in healthcare-related institutions will be especially valued. Excellent writing and content adaptation skills for diverse audiences and formats. Experience in social media management, email marketing, and digital marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WordPress.
