




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide telephone and in-person client support, managing cases, incidents, and scheduled maintenance within a data center environment. That’s why we foster an inclusive and collaborative culture where every individual can belong, grow, and evolve. **Responsibilities and Duties** Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: * Telephone and in-person support in Spanish/English. * Handling cases and incidents received via phone calls, emails, and the client portal in Spanish/English. * Tracking cases, communicating with internal teams, and providing updates to clients until closure. * Managing SLAs for each case handled. * Managing cross-departmental reports. * Managing and executing internal processes and procedures for our client. * Managing and tracking scheduled maintenance activities. * Assisting with, managing, tracking, and receiving customer equipment inbound and outbound. * Managing the delivery and receipt of secure rack keys to customers. * Participating in and supporting Cirion’s training and operational improvement initiatives. * Monitoring console operations. * Verifying, inventorying, and documenting received racks and/or equipment. This information will be entered into systems provided by our client. * Racking equipment as specified in pre-assigned racks to perform mounting tasks. * Assisting with, managing, tracking, and receiving racks sent by customers. * Performing copper and fiber cabling according to connection diagrams provided by our client—within the same rack or across racks. * Powering on all hardware, performing visual/logical first-level fault verification and reporting (e.g., equipment failing to power on). * Assisting with server resets and/or patch cord reconnections per instructions from our client. * Labeling copper cables, fiber cables, equipment, and racks according to templates provided by our client. * Applying basic configurations performed by higher-level teams (staging). * Performing Level 1 Remote Hands and Smart Hands tasks. * Generating, preparing, and tracking detailed shift task reports. * Managing, preparing, and tracking daily tasks assigned to your shift. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to fill this position? * Basic knowledge of Telecommunications. * If you have prior experience with data centers and wish to deepen your expertise, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. * Proficiency in English is required—at least at CEFR level C1—as you will conduct conversations in English. * You will interact with both external and internal clients; we highly value the quality of service you provide. **Additional Information** Our Benefits: Top-tier private health insurance.
