In this role, you will be instrumental in taking the current website into its next era. Your main focus will be delivering an exceptional user experience on the frontend, while simultaneously structuring and preparing the underlying backend architecture for future scalability and automation. This is a high\-impact, hands\-on role where you will bridge the gap between user\-facing interfaces and backend infrastructure, working closely with engineering peers to ensure a seamless, production\-ready release. **Start date**: ASAP **Contract type**: Full\-time, Contractor, long term **Work hours**: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm PST **️ What You'll Be Doing** -------------------------- * Architect and build the Frontend for a complete website rebuild using React and TypeScript. * Develop, structure, and optimize Backend services using C\# and .NET. * Prepare, document, and structure the core Backend architecture and APIs so dedicated Backend and Automation engineers can seamlessly scale and build out future functionality. * Leverage Azure cloud services to configure, deploy, and maintain application infrastructure and environments. * Collaborate closely with stakeholders, cross\-functional teams, and engineering peers to translate business requirements into modern, production\-ready web applications. * Ensure high standards for code quality, performance, security, and UI/UX best practices. **✅ What You Need to Succeed** ------------------------------ ### **Must\-haves** * \+5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development. * Strong proficiency in Frontend development using React and TypeScript. * Proven experience in Backend development using C\# and .NET. * Hands\-on experience working with Azure cloud platforms and services for web application deployment and management. * Solid background in website rebuilds, modernizing web architectures, and designing scalable RESTful APIs. * Excellent problem\-solving skills and the ability to lay down technical foundations for other engineers. * Professional\-level written and verbal English communication skills. ### **Nice\-to\-haves** * Experience working on complete, end\-to\-end web migration or website rebuild projects. * Exposure to modern UI/UX design systems and styling libraries (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Material UI). * Familiarity with CI/CD deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps. * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. **Our Recruitment Process** --------------------------- Here's what to expect from our candidate\-friendly interview process: * **Introductory Interview (60 minutes)**: Meet with our Talent Acquisition Specialist to learn more about Launchpad, the role, our culture, and working conditions.
