Job Summary: We are seeking a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Supervisor to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and occupational health policies, and to enhance the management system at oil fields. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in the Oil & Gas industry (minimum 5 years) 2. Implementation and improvement of safety management systems 3. Training of internal staff and contractors Energy Field Services is looking for HSE professionals for the position of HSE Supervisor in our operations in Neuquén. The position involves a 7x7 work schedule at oil fields where EFIS operates. Main Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and occupational health policies and programs. * Support operational areas in establishing and maintaining applicable safety, environmental, and occupational health controls related to their activities. * Provide support for managing compliance with legal and contractual environmental and OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) requirements. * Lead the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the safety, occupational health, and environmental management system. * Achieve and enforce the organization's Integrated Management System (IMS) objectives for safety, quality, occupational health, and environment. * Train internal staff and contractors. * Conduct periodic meetings with contractors regarding all Safety, Environment, and Health processes. * Ensure contractors comply with Tecpetrol’s safety management system requirements, including legal and internal requirements. * Actively participate, alongside a leader, in incident/accident investigations. * Prepare documents (Technical Reports, Procedures, Instructions). * Implement and monitor Preventive Activity Programs. * Know and enforce the SAS Management System Procedures. * Audit suppliers’ management systems. * Ensure equipment certifications remain valid according to applicable standards. **Required Specialty**: Health and Safety, Bachelor's Degree / Engineering **Desired Experience**: Minimum 5 years in the Oil\&Gas industry, with specific experience in operations and management systems
