Maintenance of customer relationships and improvement of customer satisfaction. **Job Title:** Commercial Executive **Job Objective:** Through market development and customer management, achieve the company's sales targets, improve customer satisfaction and market share, and drive sustainable business growth. **Job Responsibilities:** **1\. Market and Customer Development** * Responsible for developing and expanding target markets and customer resources; * Proactively visit customers, understand their needs, and identify sales opportunities; * Establish and maintain customer files, fostering long-term cooperative relationships; * Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and changes in customer needs. **2\. Sales Execution and Order Management** * Present company products and solutions, and conduct commercial communications with customers; * Prepare quotation proposals, participate in negotiations, and finalize orders; * Follow up on contract signing, order execution, and delivery progress; * Coordinate internal resources (technical, warehouse, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure order fulfillment. **3\. Collections and Risk Control** * Monitor customer payment schedules and ensure revenue collection as stipulated in contracts; * Control accounts receivable risk and promptly report abnormal situations; * Support the finance department in reconciliations, invoicing, and related procedures. **4\. Customer Service and Relationship Maintenance** * Coordinate pre-sales, sales, and after-sales resources to improve customer satisfaction; * Manage customer feedback and complaints, promoting problem resolution. **5\. Sales Management and Reporting** * Submit sales plans, weekly and monthly reports, and sales forecasts as required; * Keep customer and order information updated in the ODOO or ERP system; * Collaborate with corporate commercial strategies, marketing activities, and management requirements. **Job Authority** * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and contract follow-ups within authorized scope; * Propose customer credit and payment terms; * Coordinate internal resources to support achievement of sales objectives. **Job Requirements** * Technical or university degree (or higher), preferably in marketing, business, engineering, or related fields; * Strong communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work under pressure; * Sales experience is preferred (especially in telecommunications products, projects, or technology); * Proficiency in office software and enterprise systems.
