General Requirements (Mandatory) Minimum 3 years of verifiable professional experience under an employment contract (freelance-only experience is not acceptable). Experience working in medium-to-high complexity production environments. Ability to work collaboratively in teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proficiency in English. Backend Requirements (Mandatory) Solid experience with PHP 7 or higher. Proficiency with MySQL and/or MSSQL databases. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and MVC architecture. Experience with frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or equivalent. Experience using ORMs such as Doctrine or Eloquent. Desirable Skills Experience in creating and maintaining Design Systems. Knowledge of accessibility applied to user interfaces. Proficiency with Git and Agile methodologies. Experience in collaborative environments.
