




Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide on-site support, manage tickets, administer IT inventory, and participate in technology projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. On-site technical support to users (hardware, software, and applications) 2. Ticket management, incident prioritization and resolution 3. We are currently looking for a Technical Support Analyst 100% On-site in Rincón de los Sauces, Neuquén Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Responsibilities: Provide on-site technical support to users (hardware, software, and applications) Manage tickets, prioritize incidents and ensure their resolution Administer IT asset inventory (tracking, reporting, and materials) Install, configure, and maintain equipment and peripherals Perform preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis Collaborate with network, systems, and development teams Participate in IT projects and technological upgrades Requirements: Valid driver’s license (mandatory) Reside in Rincón de los Sauces or nearby areas (mandatory) +1 year of experience in similar roles Availability for on-call duties (weekends). -Requirements- Minimum education: High school years of experience Keywords: analyst, support, apoyo, soporte, tecnologo, tecnico, tech, technician, technology, tecnologia, technologist
