About the Role We seek a Senior Data Scientist with proven, hands-on experience in end-to-end Machine Learning, capable of technically leading initiatives and working directly with clients to define high-impact analytical solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who not only consume data but also design, train, validate, and deploy models into production, actively participating in business decisions. Position Details Work Mode: Hybrid (1 or 2 office visits per week at Parque Patricios or Puerto Madero offices) Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM Employment relationship with C&S. Responsibilities Design and develop end-to-end Machine Learning solutions (exploratory analysis, feature engineering, training, validation, and deployment). Build and optimize data and model pipelines using Python and PySpark. Process large volumes of data using SQL (Hive / Spark SQL). Work on cloud environments (AWS), ensuring scalability and performance. Participate in client workshops, understanding needs and proposing solutions. Translate business problems into actionable analytical models. Technically lead initiatives and define best practices. Version code with Git and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Incorporate GenAI tools (Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to improve productivity.
