




Job Summary: Monitor and manage daily operations in real time, resolving facility-related emergencies and serving as the primary contact point during emergencies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Here are some of the challenges you’ll face: -Monitor daily operations in real time, efficiently managing store-related facility emergencies until temporary or permanent resolution. -Proactively identify incidents to initiate prompt resolution processes. -Document each incident in detail and maintain accurate, organized records. -Act as the primary contact point for maintenance teams and generator groups during emergencies. -Make decisions and implement appropriate actions aligned with the situation at hand. -Conduct in-person store visits during nighttime hours (once per week) to ensure proper operational management. What We Expect From You: -Availability to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM). -Excellent observational, organizational, and problem-solving skills. -Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams. -Prior experience in operations, maintenance, security and hygiene, or customer service is desirable. -Proficiency in basic management and monitoring tools (Google Sheets, tracking platforms).
