Collaborate on workflow-based solutions We are building a Senior JAMS Automation Engineer role to automate and harden scheduling workflows across cloud and on\-prem environments at scale. You will use JAMS Enterprise Scheduler, PowerShell, and Azure (including Logic Apps) to improve reliability and visibility across operations, so apply now. **Responsibilities** * Design, test, and validate PowerShell scripts for automation workflows and store them in source control for change management * Create and maintain an inventory and incident tracker for JAMS Scheduler jobs, capturing warnings, errors, escalations, and resolutions * Monitor scheduled job health proactively, investigate failures, fix issues, and escalate to job owners when needed * Administer JAMS tool installations, upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance for client and reporting tools * Build and maintain JAMS Enterprise Scheduler and System Center Orchestrator environments to keep performance at its best * Develop integrations between infrastructure systems via REST API calls to improve data analysis and reporting * Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to gather automation needs and deliver workflow\-based solutions * Implement updates to JAMS platform configurations, maintain standard operating procedures, and enforce strict change control * Troubleshoot automation runbook errors, perform root\-cause analysis, and implement approved performance improvements * Contribute automation workflow expertise to IT projects while meeting defined requirements and timelines * Evaluate automation opportunities continuously and propose enhancements for approval and rollout * Ensure business\-critical automation workflows remain available 24/7 with a strong focus on quality and reliability **Requirements** * Strong background in infrastructure environments with 3 years of professional experience * Hands\-on experience with JAMS Enterprise Manager for 2\+ years, including configuration and maintenance * Proficiency with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server (2012\-2019\), PowerShell scripting, and SQL Server (2012\-2017\) * Expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Logic Apps * Familiarity with JSON scripting and REST APIs * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with systemic thinking and close attention to detail * Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads effectively in a collaborative, team\-oriented environment * Flexibility to execute tasks independently within established policies while maintaining consistent quality * Fluency in English (B2, Upper\-Intermediate) in both written and spoken communication **Nice to have** * Degree in Information Technology or a related field * Azure or AWS certification * Experience with System Center Orchestrator 2012 or later * Familiarity with AWS services and tools * Understanding of Linux\-based environments
