Enhance platform reliability, scalability, resilience, and developer journey We are looking for a **Platform Engineer** to become part of our team. You will architect, construct, and advance the shared cloud platform offerings used by product and application teams. This position approaches the cloud platform as a product, providing reusable components, paved roads, and a consistent developer experience that aligns with CCoE principles. **Responsibilities** * Construct reusable platform capabilities, covering shared services, standard compute patterns, and golden baselines that allow safe and swift workload onboarding * Support and refine centralized services such as logging, monitoring, secrets, identity, file transfers, and key management * Jointly design "paved roads" and golden paths together with product teams, security, and operations * Work hand in hand with Cloud DevOps and Automation engineers to codify platform interfaces within IaC and pipelines * Steadily enhance platform reliability, scalability, resilience, and the overall developer journey * Act as the voice of the customer for internal development teams to prioritize platform features and lifecycle investments * Make sure platform capabilities adhere to security, compliance, and enterprise architecture guardrails **Requirements** * A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional background * Practical cloud engineering experience paired with a product and platform\-oriented mindset * Strong familiarity with AWS compute, storage, networking, and managed services including EKS, ECS, Lambda, EC2, and RDS * Solid track record designing shared services for logging, monitoring, secrets management, identity, and centralized integrations such as Transfer Family, KMS, and IAM federation * Acquaintance with security\-by\-design approaches, including IAM roles, SSO/OAuth integrations, SIEM feeds, and policy\-as\-code * Background in defining platform APIs and interfaces and partnering with DevOps and IaC teams to automate adoption * Customer\-focused attitude combined with strong stakeholder communication skills * Outstanding spoken and written English communication abilities (B2\+ level or higher)
