Position Summary: Leads the Digital Identities team, ensuring the definition, evolution, and governance of the organization's identity and access management model while promoting secure practices. We seek individuals who drive results with a focus on customer satisfaction and business impact, maintaining high quality standards and acting with integrity in every decision. **Your role will be:** To lead the Digital Identities team, ensuring the definition, evolution, and governance of the organization’s identity and access management (IAM) model, promoting secure practices, compliance with corporate standards—focusing on risk reduction, regulatory compliance, and adoption of a Zero Trust security model. **Your key challenges will be:** * Lead and develop the team, promoting results-oriented management, continuous improvement, and evolution of the area’s capabilities. * Define and evolve the identity and access management (IAM and PAM) model, ensuring alignment with business needs and cybersecurity standards. * Ensure implementation of controls, processes, and best practices enabling secure, efficient, and traceable access management. * Drive transformation and automation initiatives, promoting adoption of modern security models and continuous improvement of internal users’ experience. * Collaborate with Technology, Security, Audit, and internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate identity and access management across the organization. * Define access control models (RBAC and evolution toward risk-based models). * Establish authentication guidelines (MFA, Passwordless, Conditional Access). * Define security criteria for remote access (VPN, ZTNA, SASE) and federation (SSO). **What do we need from you?** * Prior experience leading teams and subject-matter expertise. * Completed or advanced ongoing studies in relevant fields such as Systems Engineering or Computer Science degrees, or related disciplines. * Ability to manage priorities and work cross-functionally across multiple organizational areas. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Information Security, or related disciplines. * Experience in designing, governing, or evolving identity and access management models. * Knowledge of IAM, IGA, and PAM tools and processes. * Knowledge of authentication technologies, identity federation, and access administration. * Knowledge of hybrid and cloud environments, and security frameworks such as Zero Trust, NIST, or ISO 27001\. **What do we expect from you?** * **Results Orientation:** Focus your management and efforts on achieving business objectives, maintaining a constant commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction. * Proactively advance your management by defining priorities and taking ownership of achieved results, continuously seeking opportunities to generate value and improve our customers’ experience. * **Excellence:** Work with high quality standards. * Plan your actions precisely and conduct necessary follow-up to ensure sustainable results and promote continuous process improvement. * **Integrity:** Act honestly and consistently, honoring commitments and taking responsibility for decisions and actions you undertake. * **Proactive Leadership:** Be a leader who drives business results by setting clear priorities, sustaining high performance standards, and developing people to achieve demanding goals. **This position is based in: Córdoba Capital
