We are an exploration company operating lodges and conservation reserves in remote areas of South America, with presence across 9 destinations in 4 countries: Chile, Argentina, Peru, and Bolivia. Explore a world of possibilities—and join our team! **Position Objective:** Perform kitchen tasks to deliver high-standard, gastronomically aligned food service to travelers and staff. **Main Responsibilities:** Prepare hot, cold, or pastry items for travelers, staff, and explorations. Perform mise en place according to technical sheets and hotel occupancy. Maintain cleanliness and organize kitchen ingredients using the FIFO method. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Verify that products comply with Explora policies. Application Requirements: Technical or university degree in Gastronomy or related field. At least 1 year of prior kitchen experience. Experience in hotel kitchens (desirable). Availability to reside in El Chaltén. We build Explora together!
