Job Description: **Senior IT Support Technician** ============================== **Novatium** is currently looking for a **Senior IT Support Technician** to join a major energy-sector company, delivering technological support within an industrial and operational environment. We seek candidates with experience in on-site technical support, user orientation, and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic, high-demand settings. Work Location: Puerto General San Martín – Santa Fe. Schedule: On-site, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs. **Main Responsibilities:** ---------------------------------- * Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to internal users. * Resolve Level-1 incidents and track cases. * Install and maintain standard, industrial, administrative, and commercial applications. * Configure and maintain technological equipment: + Printers + Laptops + Mobile phones (Android / iPhone) + Portable terminals * Perform hardware and operating system support tasks. * Participate in service implementations and improvements. **Requirements:** --------------- ### ***Mandatory:*** * Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support roles. * Solid knowledge of: + Windows and operating systems + Office productivity tools + PC and laptop hardware + Mobile device support ### ***Preferred:*** * Basic networking knowledge. * Experience with Help Desk tools. * Infrastructure knowledge. * Experience in technology implementations. **Education:** ***Preferred:*** Student pursuing a degree in Systems, Technology, or related fields. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Ideal Candidate Profile:** ------------------- * Excellent communication skills and strong user orientation. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. **If you have technical support experience and are seeking new challenges in a technological and industrial environment, we invite you to apply!**
