Catalog Specialist (Amazon)
**Job Summary:**
Responsible for managing and optimizing the Amazon product catalog, primarily focused on tracking and resolving open incidents with Amazon. Joins a Catalog team of approximately 2.5 people supporting ~75 accounts alongside 6 Growth Managers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Incident and open case management and tracking with Amazon (~70% of time).
* New product analysis and listing.
* Product page writing and optimization.
* Keyword research and other catalog-related tasks.
* Daily activity logging in a shared Sheet (actions taken, errors, observations).
* Active participation in training sessions, contributing to progressive documentation of procedures and case studies (Catalog training is not yet fully documented).
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
* Strong organizational skills and ability to consistently track multiple cases simultaneously.
* Tolerance for operational processes involving incidents that require multiple attempts and follow-up over several days.
* Methodical profile, detail-oriented, and autonomous in prioritization.
* Prior experience in Amazon Seller/Vendor Central catalog or incident management is a plus.
