Job Description: ### **Backup Monitoring Operator.** At **Novatium**, we are looking for a **Backup Monitoring Operator** to join a leading company in the energy sector. We seek candidates with experience in infrastructure monitoring and batch process operations, focused on ensuring operational continuity of critical services in a high-availability environment. Work Location: Parque Patricios. Work Modality: On-site. Working Hours: Rotating 24x7 shifts\. Main Responsibilities: * Monitor platforms and infrastructure using tools such as ServiceNow, Tivoli, and Grafana. * Execute and track scheduled batch processes. * Manage incidents, cancellations, escalations, and referrals. * Operate and administer tasks in Control\-M (Hold, Free, Rerun, Cancel, Delete, and Dummy). * Execute scheduled and maintenance tasks on AS400 environments\. * Monitor hardware status via local and remote consoles. * Respond to operational alerts under a 7x24 scheme\. * Collaborate in ensuring operational continuity of critical services. **Requirements:** --------------- ### ***Mandatory:*** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Monitoring Operator or in similar roles. * Knowledge of monitoring tools: + ServiceNow + Tivoli + Grafana * Experience with Control\-M. * Proactivity and ability to work in rotating shift schemes. ### ***Desirable:*** * SAP knowledge. * Experience in AS400 environments\. * CL knowledge. * Familiarity with HMC and BRMS. **Candidate Profile:** ------------------- * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Responsibility and commitment. * Incident resolution orientation. **If you have experience in infrastructure monitoring, batch process operations, and seek to grow in a highly critical technology environment, we invite you to apply!**
