This role involves leading the design, development, and production deployment of advanced Generative AI and Intelligent Agent solutions, ensuring the team delivers robust, scalable products aligned with clients’ business objectives. You will combine strategic thinking with hands\-on execution, overseeing the team’s technical quality while collaborating with stakeholders to define project roadmaps. **Your Responsibilities** * Lead and mentor AI Engineers technically: code reviews and best development practices * Ensure deadlines and technical objectives are met across projects with multiple clients * Translate complex business needs into viable, high\-impact technical specifications * Keep the team at the forefront of GenAI trends, evaluating new tools and methodologies **What We’re Looking For** * **2\-3\+ years** leading technical teams or serving as a technical reference (Tech Lead) in Software, AI, or Data Science projects * Ability to coordinate versioning (Git) and automated deployments (Azure DevOps Pipelines) * Solid knowledge of Machine Learning and Generative AI, with specific experience orchestrating solutions using **Semantic Kernel, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Cognitive Services** * Advanced experience in **Azure**: Logic Apps, Cognitive Search, and Azure Machine Learning for model deployment * Proven senior experience developing with **Python, .NET Framework 4, and Node.js** (backend) and **React with HTML5** (frontend) * Strong proficiency in Web Services/APIs * Experience managing and optimizing queries in **PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, and Teradata** * Knowledge of integrating AI with the **Power Platform** (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) * Ability to conduct technical assessments, effort estimation, and post\-implementation support with focus on quality and scalable architecture **Bonus Points** * Knowledge of the Oil \& Gas industry **Work Model** * Buenos Aires: hybrid (2 days per week in office) * Córdoba: hybrid (1 day every 15 days in office) * Rest of the country: 100% remote **Benefits** * Private health insurance (Prepaga) * Connectivity allowance * Personalized career plan, training, and certifications * Birthday leave day * Welcome kit * Discounts on education (Siglo 21 and Coderhouse) * Partnerships with Unilever, Tienda Molinos, and other companies **How to Apply** * If this is you, apply here! * If not, share it with your colleagues!
