We are currently looking for an **Electromechanical Technician** to join an industrial company in the agro-industrial sector. We seek a candidate with a strong technical profile, autonomy, and commitment, who is eager to assume a key role in the operation of a production plant. **Gorostiaga – Chivilcoy District, Interior Buenos Aires** Work Modality: 100% on-site Main Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on plant machinery. * Participate in the design and implementation of a preventive maintenance plan. * Independently diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical failures. * Plan and coordinate tasks, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and production continuity. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, especially for work at height. * Propose technical and operational improvements to optimize processes and reduce unplanned downtime. Requirements: * Technical education: Mechanical Technician or Electromechanical Technician (mandatory). * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance in industrial environments. * Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and failure diagnosis. * Experience in industrial plants, agro-industry, or silos (desirable). * Autonomy, problem-solving ability, and commitment to the role. * Availability to perform work at height. **Residence in Gorostiaga or Chivilcoy, Interior Buenos Aires.** Are you interested in this technical challenge?
