Job Summary: We are seeking building maintenance personnel to inspect, repair, and maintain facilities and equipment, ensuring safety and keeping records of tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibility for building safety **Job Description** **BUILDING MAINTENANCE** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Inspect and maintain basic facilities: electricity, plumbing, lighting, restrooms. * Perform repairs: replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, repairing locks, maintaining doors and windows. * Monitor and maintain building equipment: electrical panels, air conditioning, heating systems, water heaters. * Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid future failures. * Identify issues and report them or coordinate with specialized external service providers when repairs require external support. * Ensure building safety: fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, emergency exits, signage. * Maintain records of completed tasks and building requirements; operate welding equipment; handle dry construction materials. **WHAT WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE?** * Minimum 2–3 years’ prior experience in building maintenance within hospitality or clinical settings. * Completed technical secondary education **(non-mandatory)** * Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and air conditioning **(mandatory)** * Personal transportation. * Residence in CABA (Autonomous City of Buenos Aires) **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** * Workplace: Microcentro \- Almagro * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 4 PM (availability for emergencies and urgent situations required).
