We are looking for a Junior Multimedia Designer to join the Marketing team of a leading real estate developer in Neuquén. We seek a creative, organized individual eager to learn, who enjoys teamwork and actively participates in campaigns, events, real estate developments, and institutional communication projects. What will your challenges be? Design graphic assets for digital and print campaigns. Adapt commercial materials while preserving brand identity. Design brochures, posters, signage, and institutional merchandise. Update commercial portfolios and sales materials. Create content for social media and various communication channels. Coordinate graphic production with printing companies and vendors. Conduct on-site surveys at offices and construction sites for graphic installation and maintenance. Participate in the setup of commercial and institutional events. Collaborate with internal departments to develop customized materials according to their needs. Advanced students or graduates in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. Updated portfolio (mandatory). Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Lightroom. Knowledge of digital formats and social media platforms. Driver’s license (preferred). Willingness and ability to travel between offices, construction sites, and events.
