We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Decision Intelligence to establish, scale, and lead our LATAM\-based Decision Intelligence team, supporting Kroll's US practice and global clients. This role will play a critical part in delivering analytics, AI, and transaction\-related insights for complex client engagements while contributing to the growth and development of the practice. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, deep analytics and AI expertise and experience operating within a client\-facing advisory environment. Apply now to join *One team, One Kroll* . **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Team Leadership \& Practice Development** * Support the continued growth and development of Kroll's LATAM Decision Intelligence capability * Collaborate in the process to recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high\-performing teams. * Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. * Provide technical and professional guidance to managers, consultants, and analysts. **Client \& Stakeholder Management** * Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including C\-suite executives, private equity investors, deal teams, and corporate leaders. * Lead executive\-level discussions to identify business challenges and develop analytics\-driven solutions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across geographies. * Partner closely with other Kroll service lines to deliver integrated client solutions. * Support client relationship management and contribute to exceptional client service delivery. **Business Development \& Growth** * Contribute to business development activities, including proposals, client presentations, solution demonstrations, and thought leadership initiatives. * Support pursuit teams in identifying opportunities to expand analytics and AI services. * Partner with US and global leadership to develop new offerings and strengthen client relationships. * Contribute to revenue growth through delivery excellence, cross\-selling, and client retention. **Engagement Delivery** * Lead complex analytics, AI, and decision intelligence engagements across the transaction lifecycle. * Manage end\-to\-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and commercial success. * Translate business problems into actionable analytical frameworks, insights, forecasts, optimization models, and AI\-powered solutions. * Lead development of reusable assets, automation tools, and analytics accelerators. * Ensure adherence to quality, risk management, and professional standards **Analytics, AI \& Innovation Leadership** * Lead the delivery of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI\-powered solutions. * Apply emerging technologies and innovative methodologies to solve client challenges. * Provide technical oversight and guidance on analytics approaches and solution design. * Support initiatives that improve diligence processes, value creation efforts, and business performance analysis. * Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge\-sharing initiatives across the practice **QUALIFICATION \& EXPERIENCE:** * 12\-16 years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Transaction Advisory, or related fields. * Experience leading client\-facing analytics and data\-driven transformation engagements. * Proven ability to manage and develop high\-performing teams in a global delivery environment. * Demonstrated success leading large, client\-facing analytics and AI engagements. * Strong stakeholder management and client relationship. * Strong experience supporting corporate finance, mergers \& acquisitions, transaction advisory, due diligence, value creation, or performance improvement engagements. * Track record of leading cross\-functional and geographically distributed teams. * Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting business development and practice growth. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
