Professionals with experience and excellent interpersonal skills At Ecolab, we are looking for a candidate to fill the **Senior Accounting Analyst** position within our General Accounting team for the company’s Global Business Services. The person in this role will ensure the integrity of accounting information through transaction recording, verification, consolidation, and entry. We seek professionals with experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-oriented mindset. **Location:** * Positions are based at our **Retiro** offices. * Work mode is **hybrid**. **What You Will Do:** * Maintain subsidiary account balances through transaction verification, allocation, recording, and reconciliation, resolving any discrepancies; * Maintain the general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing trial balances, and reconciling entries; * Summarize the financial situation by collecting information; * Comply with legal accounting requirements to avoid potential difficulties; * Ensure financial data integrity by completing and maintaining up-to-date database backups. **Requirements:** * Graduate or final-year student of Public Accounting or Business Administration (Mandatory); * 4–5 years of prior experience in General Accounting; * Experience in Auditing (Mandatory); * SAP knowledge; * Advanced English (Mandatory); * Shared Services experience is a plus. **Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion \& Belonging** Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
