Customer orientation and interpersonal skills Additional Job Description At Ecolab, we are looking for a candidate to fill the **Senior Accounting Analyst** position within our General Accounting team for the company’s Global Business Services. The person in this role will ensure the integrity of accounting information through recording, verification, consolidation, and posting of transactions. We are looking for professionals with experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and customer orientation. **Location:** * Positions are based at our **Retiro** offices. * **Hybrid** work mode. **What You Will Do:** * Maintain subsidiary ledger account balances through verification, allocation, recording, and reconciliation of transactions, resolving potential discrepancies; * Maintain the general ledger by transferring subsidiary ledger accounts, preparing trial balances, and reconciling entries; * Summarize the financial position by gathering information; * Comply with legal accounting requirements to avoid potential difficulties; * Ensure financial data integrity by completing and maintaining up-to-date backups of databases. **Requirements:** * Graduate or final-year student of Public Accounting or Business Administration (Mandatory); * 4–5 years of prior experience in General Accounting; * Audit experience (Mandatory); * SAP knowledge; * Advanced English (Mandatory); * Shared Services experience is a plus. **Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion \& Belonging** Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
