We are seeking a **Senior Security Analyst for Engineering and Operations**. In this role, you will not be part of the traditional Cybersecurity team; instead, you will join a specialized team exclusively designed to lead, implement, and monitor security projects directly within our Infrastructure. You will serve as the vital bridge between technological operations and best security practices, ensuring our foundations are solid and resilient. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Lead and monitor the implementation of security projects focused on technological infrastructure. * Manage vulnerability remediation in Windows and Linux operating systems, both inside and outside the data center. * Actively collaborate with engineering teams to apply security-by-design principles. * Analyze penetration testing (Pentesting) results and coordinate action plans to remediate findings in infrastructure. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles with solid expertise in administration, configuration, and hardening of Windows and Linux environments. (Mandatory) * In-depth understanding of network architectures, protocols, and network segmentation. (Desirable) * Applied knowledge of cryptographic principles for data and infrastructure protection. (Desirable) * Proven experience in vulnerability management and remediation at the operating system level, and offensive security; practical Pentesting knowledge (either executing tests or interpreting technical reports to implement defensive solutions). (Mandatory) * Advanced student or graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. (Desirable) * Proactive profile with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and teamwork orientation focused on organizational goals **Skills:** Banking
