Responsibilities* Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions with Ruby on Rails. * Solve complex technical challenges related to performance, concurrency, and distributed architecture. * Lead technical initiatives and mentor other team members. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (Product, Frontend, DevOps) in an Agile environment. * Participate in architectural decisions and support the migration of infrastructure to AWS. Contribute to improving scalability, reliability, and performance of the platform. * **Requirements** * Proven experience with **Ruby on Rails in main projects in recent years** (not only side projects). * Strong track record building and scaling **large, complex products** (high concurrency, millions of users, critical integrations). * Expertise in **performance optimization, architecture design, and scalability**. * Experience leading projects or technical teams in **e\-commerce, marketplaces, or large\-scale digital platforms**. * General frontend knowledge (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. * **Advanced English (C1 or higher, mandatory):** you will work closely with international stakeholders. * Current residence in Argentina (mandatory).
