At **Experis Argentina**, we are looking for a **Junior Recruiter** to join challenging projects focused on entry-level talent in international markets. **What will be your challenge?** You will participate in various recruiting projects, each with defined objectives and timelines. During your assignments, you will: Conduct CV screening and analysis via ATS (Workday). Present candidates to Delivery Leads. Coordinate and conduct interviews. Manage the offer process. Participate in end\-to\-end recruiting processes as required by the project. Report progress and operational metrics to onshore stakeholders. Quickly adapt to project changes, shifting priorities, and evolving business needs.
