Focus on autonomy, product vision, and continuous learning. **Semi-Senior / Senior Software Engineer \| Python \+ Generative AI \+ Backend \+ DevOps** **Objective** Design, develop, and implement Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions, participating in backend architecture, AI agent development, and scalable infrastructure implementation. This role aims to drive high-impact technological initiatives, contributing autonomy, product vision, and the ability to propose improvements that accelerate the development of innovative solutions. **Requirements** * Required (preferred) academic background: Advanced student or graduate in Systems Engineering, Systems Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science, or related fields. * **Prior experience:** + Minimum 3 years as a Software Engineer, Backend Developer, or similar roles. + Solid backend development experience with Python. + Experience implementing Generative AI solutions (RAG, Agents, MCP, among others). + Experience with DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code). + Experience working with cloud services, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Languages: Intermediate or higher technical English (documentation reading and tool usage) (preferred). * **Soft Skills:** + Proactivity and initiative + Autonomy + Analytical ability + Problem solving + Communication + Teamwork + Results orientation + Product mindset + Adaptability to change + Continuous learning + Technical leadership (without direct reports) * **Hard Skills (technical competencies)** **Mandatory** * Python (Backend) * Backend application architecture * Generative Artificial Intelligence * RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) * AI Agents * MCP (Model Context Protocol) * Docker * Kubernetes * CI/CD * Infrastructure as Code (IaC) * Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or experience with other public clouds **Preferred** * Full Stack development * LangChain * LangGraph * CrewAI * AutoGen * Semantic Kernel * LlamaIndex * OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini APIs * Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma, pgvector) * Observability and monitoring of AI applications **Key Tasks and Responsibilities** * Design and develop backend solutions using Python. * Build Generative AI solutions from scratch. * Design and implement RAG architectures and intelligent agents. * Participate in designing and implementing solutions using MCP. * Define and implement scalable architectures for AI applications. * Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines. * Manage containers and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. * Deploy and maintain solutions in cloud environments (preferably GCP). * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new technological products. * Propose architectural, performance, and scalability improvements. * Research and evaluate new tools and technologies related to Generative AI. * Serve as a technical reference within the team, leading initiatives without direct reports. * Ensure code quality through sound development practices, testing, and documentation.
