We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage regional chains based in **Córdoba**, acting as the link between Campari Group’s commercial strategy and point-of-sale execution.
**Role Mission**
To be responsible for assigned territory’s customers and points of sale (POS), leading end-to-end commercial management and business development within the portfolio of regional chains under management.
**Main Responsibilities and Activities**
Conduct sell-in and sell-out management and negotiations with customers.
* Identify business opportunities in the territory (market shares, coverage KPIs, active buyers, portfolio/mix development, etc.). Focus on fieldwork to detect growth opportunities. You should dedicate approximately 80% of your time to this task, considering your customer base.
* Co\-lead client business development within your territory / customer portfolio: advising clients on operational and management matters (coverage, frequency, execution, stocks, routing, etc.)
* Manage, handle, and control accounts receivable with customers.
* Monitor and control operations under your responsibility through KPI analysis and reporting, including adherence to agreed operational conditions; develop, propose, and execute (where applicable) corrective actions in case of deviations.
* Ensure compliance with commercial policy.
* Guarantee POS execution, service quality, and appropriate customer attention. Responsible for addressing and responding to customer inquiries and requests to facilitate resolution of potential issues.
* Propose, present, and implement special actions, promotions, and incentives for retailers and customers’ sales forces (actions targeting sell-out).
* Stay informed about merchandising operations managed by KAEs in your territory.
* Conduct periodic meetings with KAEs to review performance, analyze results, and communicate progress, sales targets, plans, actions, pricing, and updates.
* Responsible for KAE development: train, coach, motivate, supervise, and evaluate KAE performance (Capabilities & IDP).
* Collaborate on and execute supply and stock planning, monitoring inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels.
* Participate in defining objectives and preparing and presenting plans (annual and monthly) for assigned customers.
* Communicate defined objectives to your team and customers.
* Responsible for providing feedback on territory performance to internal departments: CCM, Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Supply, and Territory Sales Manager.
* Responsible for training and communicating plans, launches, activities, etc. to customers’ field force (FDV).
* Set priorities for KAE’s agenda and tasks.
* Responsible for approving and controlling credit notes issued within your territory (on- and off-premise).

**Requirements**
* Graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
* English proficiency: upper-intermediate.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial roles.
* Data analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Industry knowledge (not mandatory).
Others:
* Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Office, Teams, etc.).
* English (desirable).
