Direct creative engine and manage content personalities We're looking for an exceptional **Head of Growth** to own paid customer acquisition across our portfolio of youth and adult sports brands, including soccer, basketball, and volleyball, operating throughout the Greater Toronto Area and South Florida. You'll take full ownership of an annual paid media budget of approximately \~**$700,000 CAD**, doubling to **$1\.4 million over the next 2\.5 years**. You own the CPA. You set the strategy AND run the ad accounts *hands\-on.* We want someone who's still sharp inside platforms, who treats CPA like a personal scoreboard, and who's hungry to win. You'll define the acquisition strategy, own the budget, build the measurement framework, and personally manage campaigns across Google, Meta, and emerging channels. **Responsibilities:*** Zero\-based rebuild of the paid media program across Google (Search, PMax, YouTube) and Meta (Advantage\+, retargeting), plus test channels (TikTok) * Fix the measurement foundation: server\-side tracking, CAPI, offline conversion value upload, new\-vs\-returning deduplication against a 20–30K family customer database * Hands\-on media buying: build, launch, optimize, and kill campaigns yourself * Direct the creative engine: manage the on\-camera content personality and video editor, run a weekly creative test/kill cadence * Transition out the incumbent agency within 60 days * Build monthly budget plans against two seasonality calendars (Canadian outdoor/indoor/camps; Florida back\-to\-school/New Year/camps) * Report weekly on a single\-page scorecard: new\-customer CPA (deduplicated), CPA:contribution ratio, creative velocity, spend pacing * Design the scaling architecture to $1\.4M without CPA degradation **Requirements** * 5\+ years hands\-on paid acquisition, with at least 2 years personally managing $500K\+/year across * Google \+ Meta Proof you’ve owned a CPA/CAC number with accountability (you will show us the numbers) * Direct platform fluency in 2026: PMax, Advantage\+, CAPI, offline conversion imports — you will audit one of our live ad accounts on a screen share during the interview * Local\-services, multi\-location, ecommerce\-with\-LTV, or registration\-based business experience strongly preferred * Comfort managing a small distributed team (LatAm editor/analyst, GTA on\-camera talent) * Spanish fluency a plus (US market is one\-third Latino) **Benefits** Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
