Establish executive-level relationships within key accounts **DESCRIPTION** --------------- You will own the strategy and execution for a portfolio of some of Argentina's most important enterprise customers, organizations where cloud is not a convenience but an operational backbone. You will build and lead a high\-performing sales team, cultivate executive\-level relationships, and orchestrate cross\-functional resources to drive both innovation and revenue growth. The right candidate combines strategic thinking with operational discipline: someone who can architect a three\-year plan and still sprint when a customer needs them today. We are looking for a leader who thrives in ambiguity, who sees market development as a craft, and who measures success not only by quarterly attainment but by the depth and durability of the customer relationships they build. Key job responsibilities * Develop and execute a multi\-year GTM strategy while consistently exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets. * Lead with urgency and empathy — respond to mission\-critical customer needs at speed while driving sustainable, long\-term growth. * Build and develop a world\-class field sales team — own recruiting, coaching, retention, promotion pipelines, and leadership development. * Orchestrate cross\-functional teams (sales, solutions architecture, partners, professional services, product) to deliver integrated solutions that unlock growth for AWS and customers. * Establish executive\-level relationships within key accounts — particularly FSI — translating cloud capabilities into measurable business outcomes. * Scale partner ecosystems (consulting partners, ISVs, technology partners) to extend market reach and accelerate customer outcomes. * Drive adoption of the full AWS portfolio across your customer base — from infrastructure modernization to data analytics and AI/ML. It is competitive, it is rigorous, and it delivers.**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * 10\+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience * 5\+ years of exceeding quota and key performance metrics experience * Experience with customer relationship management, especially C\-suite level customer engagement * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field * 7\+ years of sales team orchestration experience **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Experience building and hiring a sales team * MBA, or Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing * Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings * Experience with partner sales and/or alliance development in the software/technology industry * Experience in the financial services industry * Experience operating in emerging or developing markets with complex macroeconomic environments Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
