Tax, Treasury, Accounting, M\&A) Argentina, Buenos Aires May 18 2026 Full time Permanent ### **Job benefits** Competitive salary and bonus scheme Continuous personnel development (e\-learnings \& projects) Free day to volunteer ### **Your responsibilities and tasks** * Ensure accurate determination and payment of direct and indirect taxes in accordance with Argentine tax legislation. * Supervise and review work performed by external tax advisors. * Ensure timely and proper filing of tax returns. * Provide support during tax inspections and external audits (financial and tax). * Ensure compliance with all formal obligations (information regimes, registers, books, etc.). * Maintain tax books updated and archived in accordance with local regulations. * Identify tax-related risks and opportunities. * Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company. * Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure reconciliation between accounting and tax balances. * Support the commercial area in inquiries related to taxation of new operations or complex situations. * Participate in regional projects and process improvement initiatives. ### **Your profile and qualifications** * University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in tax matters, preferably within multinational corporations or large accounting firms. * Solid knowledge of Argentine tax legislation. * Proficiency in SAP. * Desired: Intermediate or advanced English. * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Analytical ability and attention to detail * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Organizational skills and results orientation * Commitment to deadlines and work quality **About GEA** ------------- GEA is one of the largest suppliers for the food and beverage processing industry and a wide range of other process industries.
