You will help explain what happened, why it matters, and how markets are reacting. Responsibilities include: * Write concise commentary on economic releases (inflation, employment, GDP, retail sales, etc.) * Analyze market reactions across FX, equities, rates, and commodities * Monitor macroeconomic news flow and summarize key developments quickly * Update our economic calendar with released figures and relevant notes * Identify trends and communicate timely insights to readers/users Requirements: * Availability during key U.S. data release hours, particularly **14:00 EST to 19:00 EST** * Strong writing skills with the ability to explain markets clearly and briefly * Interest in financial markets, macroeconomics, and current events * Ability to work quickly and accurately under time pressure * Knowledge of macroeconomics, trading, or financial journalism is a plus This position is particularly well suited to candidates located in the Americas seeking remote work.
