Work with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and React Native. **Available to work remotely from Argentina** #### **The job proposal** At Aerolab, we build people\-centered digital products with a small multidisciplinary team. That means websites, web apps, and mobile products for startups and global brands \- and it means bringing technical judgment, not just code. We use AI as part of everyday work: Claude Code, internal tools, LLM features shipped for clients. We expect you to know how to use it well and to critically review what it produces. #### **Your job responsibilities include** **Product Development** * Create and evolve digital products for startups and global brands, often across multiple projects at once. * Build web and mobile apps using TypeScript, React, Next.js, React Native, and Node.js. * Design and implement APIs and serverless infrastructure. * Build scalable interfaces connected to headless CMS and prototype AI features (LLMs, agents, RAG) when the project calls for it. **Craft \& Quality** * Implement UIs from scratch with real attention to detail across screen sizes. * Review, refactor, and test AI\-generated code before it ships \- that's on you, not the AI. * Write and maintain tests where they genuinely add value. * Document technical decisions proactively. * Participate in code reviews as both reviewer and author. **Collaboration \& Ownership** * Turn ambiguous client briefs into actionable specs that you and your tools can execute. * Work closely with PMs, designers, and other devs on tight timelines. * Support less experienced developers, particularly around using AI with judgment. * Push back in the design process when you have a better technical idea. #### **What do we expect from you?** * Ability to turn a brief or a Figma file into a clear execution plan, asking the right questions before writing code. * Fluent use of AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) in your daily workflow. You have opinions on what works and what doesn't. * Judgment to review and verify code (yours or AI\-generated) before it reaches production. * Solid command of TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js, with real experience shipping in at least two different codebases. * Speed to ramp up on an unfamiliar repo and become productive quickly. * Intermediate English, spoken and written. * Comfort with ambiguity and context\-switching between clients. #### **Nice to have:** * Experience with React Native in production apps. * Experience integrating LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI), RAG, MCP, or agents in a real product — not just demos. * Previous experience at an agency or consultancy. * Integrations with headless CMS (Contentful, Sanity, Prismic, or similar). * Good eye for UI, accessibility (a11y), and performance. * Experience with Canvas, Three.js, or WebGL. * Open source contributions or personal projects we can look at. #### **What are you going to find at Aerolab?** * The opportunity to work on products of different industries, having direct contact with the client. * Spaces designed to give feedback and propose improvements and changes. * Aerolab is a member of SoDA, a global network of leading digital agencies
